TechForce Projects B.V. (2017) is a Dutch consultancy specialized in developing funding proposals, project management of Public Private Partnerships, and commercialization of new product-service combinations. Our FOCUS is on advising and supporting Dutch and international SMEs, NGOs and knowledge institutes on the following five key aspects:
- Financial: proposal writing, project ideation, analysis of funding opportunities (grants and subsidies);
- Operational: project partnership management and coordination of implementation of international projects;
- Commercial: business plan development and business case modelling to demonstrate commercial viability;
- Upscaling: mapping of scale-up opportunities, market assessments, supply chain analysis;
- Strategy: project partnership formation and sustainable project interventions.
These five key aspects are reflected in our activities in East Africa, West Africa and Southeast Asia where we implement sustainable project intervention strategies in the areas of food security, water, circular economy and waste management. As a result, we are able to contribute to the development of the local private sector, inclusion of smallholder farmers, opportunities for women and youth, and environmental sustainability.

Our team is ready to start developing your project: from early stage ideation, scoping and partnership building to writing full project proposals and sustainable business cases that meet the conditions of the grant provider.
FOCUS: Operational
As a project manager of Public Private Partnership projects, TechForce Projects has a lead role in coordinating the implementation, planning and budgeting of PPP projects. Our team is currently managing PPP projects in East Africa and West Africa in which we contribute to the development of the local private sector, inclusion of smallholder farmers, opportunities for women and youth, and environmental sustainability.

Are you planning to enter a new market in a developing country with your product-service combination? Or are you planning to export your product to Europe? TechForce Projects can help you with modelling various business case scenarios and conducting market analysis. We review or develop your business plan with the aim to substantiate the commercial viability of your minimum viable product and support you in presenting it to investors.

TechForce Projects B.V. maps your scale-up opportunities by identifying market trends, finding new local partnership opportunities and defining innovative business models.

TechForce Projects is specialized in setting up Public Private Partnerships between Dutch and African SMEs, NGOs, public sector and knowledge institutes. We build strategic partnerships and look for synergies between the partners at an early stage. As a result, the PPP operates as a synergetic team and is as such able to address project challenges from multiple perspectives.
